The platform and services are accessible to customers with accounts as well as those who visit as guests. You shall not obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to any other protected information, not purposely made available by Fujidenzo for your specific use.

By accessing and using the Website, you agree and undertake not to:

a) Imitate an individual or entity or misrepresent your relationship with any person or entity;

b) Utilize the Website or Services for illegal transactions;

c) Attempt to obtain prohibited access to other on-site computer systems or networks that may cause error or malfunction to the website;

d) Post, promote or communicate through the Website or Services any forbidden materials;

e) Use or upload any software or material that contains viruses, malicious code or harmful components which may corrupt the Website’s data or interfere with the operation of another Customer’s computer or mobile device;

Fujidenzo may, from time to time, upgrade, modify, and remove, in whole or in part, this Terms of Use, without prior notice to you. Fujidenzo shall not be liable if such upgrade, modification or removal, whether in whole or in part, inhibits you from accessing the website.

 

Fujidenzo User Account

Accessing certain features of the website may require creation of an account wherein you will be asked of your Personal Information. But order checkout as guest is still honored. We may, at any time, at our sole discretion, request that you update your Personal Information or invalidate your Username and/or Password without providing any reason or prior notice and shall not be liable for any losses arising out of such request or invalidation.

You hereby agree to keep the Username and Password confidential. For security reasons, you are encouraged to change your Password from time to time. You shall notify Fujidenzo immediately should you suspect any unauthorized use of your Username and/or Password. Fujidenzo reserves the right to restrict or terminate your account for any reason, at our sole discretion.

Fujidenzo is determined to deliver accurate, timely and thorough descriptions of the products posted on the site. However, Fujidenzo does not guarantee that such descriptions are free from errors.

The Materials (i.e. product descriptions, features, technical specifications, reviews) that are visible on the Fujidenzo site are for informational purposes only. 

Despite our efforts to provide useful and accurate information, errors may inevitably appear from time to time.  Before you act on information you have seen on Fujidenzo site, you must confirm any information that is essential to your buying decision.

Fujidenzo owns the intellectual property rights in the content that is made available on this website. Unless otherwise expressly provided, Fujidenzo grants no exclusive license or right to you. You shall not reproduce, distribute, transmit, republish, display, upload, post, broadcast, store, adapt, or modify, in whole or in part, any content of the website without the prior written consent of Fujidenzo.

We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you will have to provide your name, email address, credit card information (for credit card purchases), address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process and update you on the status of your orders. Our secure servers protect your information using advanced encryption techniques and firewall technology

You also grant us a non-exclusive license to use the materials or information that you submit to the Website including questions, reviews, comments, and suggestions. When you post comments or reviews to the Website, you also grant us the right to use the name that you submit or your Username in connection with such review, comment, or other content. You shall not use a false e-mail address, pretend to be someone other than yourself or otherwise mislead us to the origin of any Submissions.

You give your full consent and authority to the collection, processing and use of any information you have provided (including Personal Data) for the purpose of sending informational and promotional e-mails and updates relating to the sale of products. You may subsequently opt out of receiving promotional e-mails by unsubscribing to our updates.

Fujidenzo may be required by government agencies to disclose certain information in connection with any audit or investigation. In such case, you agree to waive your rights to take any legal action against Fujidenzo.

 

Terms of Sale

By placing an order, you agree to purchase a product based on the website’s terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

To be able to transact with Fujidenzo, you must be over 18 years of age. When placing an order, you guarantee that all personal details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. All prices advertised are subject to changes.

 

Pricing Policy

Prices posted on the Website are subject to change without prior notice. Price adjustments may inevitably occur due to: a) markup or markdown in the costs of labor and/or raw materials by the supplier or b) existing market situations.

Fujidenzo is committed to guarantee the accuracy of our price information however, errors may still occur. This is why all orders shall undergo our price validation procedure before they are considered valid and accepted. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, Fujidenzo will provide an option to: a) generate a Credit Memo or b) process refund (net of the applicable bank processing charges). 

Selling prices are subject to taxes, unless otherwise stated. Product pricing on the Fujidenzo site may be different from prices available in the offline stores. 

Summary of the items purchased as well as the applicable shipping cost will be displayed in your final order breakdown upon check-out. 

 

Placing Your Order

You may place an Order by filling in all the required information in the Order Form & selecting your preferred payment method. A final order breakdown will be displayed upon check-out and clicking the "Place Order" button will complete your transaction. When you place your Order, we will issue you an Order Number. Order Numbers are unique and you can make use of it as reference when you wish to follow up on the status of your purchase.

To prevent credit card or payment fraud, we do not formally accept your offer until your order has passed our internal validation procedure. Fujidenzo and its affiliates reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

We will notify you that your order is being processed by sending you via email an Order Confirmation indicating the estimated shipment date of goods and a system-generated invoice.

Fujidenzo reserves the right to check whether the customer is duly authorized to use certain payment method, and may hold the transaction until such authorization is confirmed or cancel the relevant transaction where such confirmation is not available.

Full payment before delivery terms apply. Order processing will not begin until transaction is fully paid and we receive all the information needed. Orders placed on a weekend or Public holiday will be processed on the next business day. Business days are Mondays through Saturdays, excluding Public holidays.

 

Refund of Payments

All refunds shall be administered using the original payment method and to the person who made the original payment, except for Cash payments, where refunds will be made via a) bank transfer into the individual’s bank account provided that thorough and accurate bank account details are provided to us or b) check pick-up in our showrooms. Also, all refunds will be deducted with shipping fee & applicable bank changes incurred on the transaction.

Fujidenzo offers no guarantee on the processing time of the refunds. The refund processing lead time (usually takes one (1) to two (2) weeks) may vary depending on the guidelines provided by the respective banks and/or payment provider’s internal guidelines. All refunds are conditional upon our acceptance of a valid return.

 

Delivery of Products

Shipment of orders within the Philippines shall be handled by Fujidenzo and its logistics partners as long as the location is covered by our delivery network.

Delivery timeframe takes up to seven (7) working days (Mondays through Saturdays except Public Holidays) from the date your payment is received. In all instances, estimated delivery dates will be displayed upon Order Confirmation via E-mail. Although every effort is made to ship your Order in a timely manner, delivery timeframes given are estimates only and delays can inevitably occur. Delivery of your Order is subject to availability of the Products. You acknowledge that while stock allocation on the site is updated regularly, it is possible that in rare scenarios a Product may become unavailable between updates. In such case, we will inform you of the possible delay and your product will be dispatched as soon as it becomes available.

Unless otherwise agreed by us, we will deliver your Product/s to the address specified in your Order Confirmation. If no one is available to accept the delivery of your Products, you can assign an authorized person to receive them provided he/she presents a valid ID or we will call you to arrange reschedule of your delivery.

 

Shipping Charges

Delivery within Metro Manila is free of charge. We charge shipping cost for areas outside Metro Manila. Shipping charges are calculated on a per kilometer basis.

Applicable shipping charges for your order will be shown during the check-out process.

 

Order Cancellation

Fujidenzo reserves the right to cancel any orders received due to the following reasons:

a) Force majeure or act of nature (e.g. calamity/ bad weather condition and strikes).

b) Uncontrollable circumstances (e.g. out of stock, system error, item detail dispute, incorrect image, wrong promotion, wrong pricing).

c) Non-compliance to order requirements.

On the other hand, if you wish to cancel your order, please send an email notification indicating your transaction details to onlinesales@exatech.com.ph or you may reach us at (02) 8230-1555 loc 8428 or 8590. Cancellation fees may apply depending on bank processing charges and applicable shipping fees (if the Product is already with the customer’s possession). Exatech will notify you via e-mail once your order has been successfully cancelled.

 

Return and Replacement Policy

Replacement of unit due to change of mind is strictly not allowed. We only allow defective goods to be returned or exchanged.

If you happen to receive a defective item, please inform Fujidenzo thru e-mail at service@exatech.com.ph or call us at (02) 8230-1555 within seven (7) days from the delivery date. A Customer Service Representative will get in touch with you to schedule a service check-up and send out an authorized technician to assess the product defect. In case the customer informed Fujidenzo later than seven (7) days, the product will still be inspected and necessary repairs will be done by the technician.

Approved returns must be in its original delivery condition with original copy of the Sales Invoice. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Fujidenzo may charge administrative and handling charges depending on the conditions of the return.

Among the reasons for valid return are:

a) Incorrect item delivered where item/s received by the customer is not the same product he/she availed

b) Damaged item where product/s received by the customer may have dents, scratches or any issues that relates to the aesthetic quality.

c) Defective item where product/s received by the customer is not working properly or has “Factory Defect”.

 

Item Warranty

All products we carry in the website are covered with warranty. Warranty coverage varies depending on the product category (see matrix of warranty information per category HERE).

Fujidenzo shall not be responsible for any losses suffered by any third party directly or indirectly caused by repairs or remedial work done without our prior written approval; and the customer shall indemnify Fujidenzo against all losses arising out of such claims.

To the scope permissible under Philippine Law, Fujidenzo shall not be accountable to any defect in the Products arising after the expiry of the applicable Product Warranty. Repairs to be done or parts to be replaced are all chargeable after the product warranty has expired. Repair costs will directly be paid through the attending technician or assigned Authorized Service Center. 

 

General

This Terms and Conditions represent the complete agreement between Fujidenzo and its customers. It supersedes all prior arrangements between them. If any provision hereof is held invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the validity, enforceability, or operation of any other provision of this Agreement (which shall remain in full force and effect). This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under Philippine law without regard to conflicts of law provisions. Any litigation arising out of or relating to this Agreement must be brought in the courts of the Philippines and you consent to the exclusive personal jurisdiction of such courts.
